In Southeast Asia, Buddhist monks wear orange robes that symbolize simplicity and letting go of materialism. The tradition dates back thousands of years to the time of Buddha. In the aura orange signifies thoughtfulness, creativity and vitality. Orange is also described as an energetic color, calling to mind feelings of enthusiasm and excitement. Because orange is a high-energy color, for this Mala I wanted to combine everything about Orange in one place. This fabulous, complex, vibrant bespoke handmade Mala has 3 different healing crystals incorporated into the design: Red Jasper, Red Aventurine and Orange Carnelian plus, Rudraksha seeds, Wooden beads and four types of glass beads in different wonderful colour hues to add variety, interest and vibrancy to the piece. These crystal, seed, wood and glass elements combine to bring together their healing properties of: harmony, balance and calm, along with other wonderful properties of: healing, protection, creativity and optimism. I have used elements here to ground your energy, creating a very comforting, calm calm frequency. I have finished off the design with a bright orange tassel. Fabulous!
